The hawaiian jersey was a special night. They sold the player worn plus a limited number of non gamers. My wife and I have a non gamer we payed I think $100 for. On those nights they used to have a hot tub (also used by the old arena football team Cincinnati Rockers) that Twister even took a dip in!! Those days we also had a LIVE organist playing if I remember above the Zamboni end (wearing a helmet due to no nets).
The organist's name was Leroy. He was on the platform right below section 60. I wonder if the organ songs they play sometimes these days are recordings of him.
