Thanks Susan (and Jevers) for starting this section off. While looking at Milwaukee's roster,I notice Shane Willis has appeared. Seems like he never recovered from the serious concussion he got with Carolina.Maybe he can put together a career in the AHL and either get another NHL chance or get into coaching like so many others.
Windsor is a member of Ontario Hockey League, which has had more players selected in the first round of the NHL entry draft than any other league since the inception of the draft in 1969.
Shane Willis played in the AHL for Albany last season and had a credible year. He missed a lot of games due to injury but was one of the team's best players in the playoffs. He got hurt in his first game with Milwaukee this season. He has never been the same since suffering a concussion with Carolina.
