I got my season tickets on Thursday and being a longtime fan and first time season ticket holder, I was wondering how the whole exchanging unused ticket thing works. Do you just bring your unused ticket to the ticket window the day of the game or what? Please help

Yep, it's that easy! Just bring any ticket that you didn't use for a previous game to the ticket window and ask them to exchange it for another one. NOTE: You can only do this for REGULAR Season Games.

you may want to check with a ticket rep on that. in the past you just brought it to the ticket window on the day of the game, but i heard at the open house that it had changed this year and you had to notify them a day in advance. i'm not sure which is the case this year so ask your ticket rep.

I just got an e-mail from my ticket rep telling me all that I needed to know about the situation. His response was:
"The way that you exchange tickets is by calling me 24 hours in advance, I will then have the tickets ready for you to exchange at will call. You wil need to bring the unused tickets to the will call window and physically exchange them there."
