In the Reach magazine sent to the house, the Cyclone ad talks about Saturday "Throwback night". Looking at the Cyclones website-I find no details. The Reach ad says Stingers jerseys, $7 tickets and $1 hotdogs and pizza. If this is correct, when is the team going to get their head out of their butts and get this out to the public on their site.Crowds are down for promotions because we don't have details until we get to the arena,WAKE UP CYCLONES MANAGEMENT !!!!!

| I haven't seen a single advertisement for it. I really didn't see anything for opening night for that matter. |

| The new Cyclones Web site has been very poorly updated. I would think they would be doing more now that the season is underway, but they really haven't done much to improve it. |
...And on the eighth day, GOD created the Cyclones! |

| I haven't seen anything either...usually I see the electronic billboard on South 75 flash something about the next Cyclones game but haven't seen that lately either. Also, the $10 parking is not going to help the fan base either. That is what was nice about the Gardens (free parking)!!! |

Unfortunately the city was the one to up the parking prices. I was informed by my ticket rep of this last week. The team knows that the fans are not happy but they have no control over the city. It was suggested to me that the fans park on the landing or find a parking lot close by that could be cheaper.
Good luck. |

blame the $10 parking on hamilton county, not the cyclones. if you don't mind walking a block, there's usually plenty of free parking on 3rd street. the public landing is free, but can be hit or miss. the parking lots across from game day sports cafe (just east of the garage) are only 5 or 6 bucks and really aren't any further than the garage.
personally...while $10 is a bit much, i don't mind walking so i can usually park free 5 or 6 bucks, if not for free. i'd rather play downtown than deal with the ghetto that was swifton commons...i always chuckle when i hear people say they are scared to go downtown to a game but would gladly go to the gardens; have they ever stopped to look at what surrounds the garden.
ok...sorry didn't mean to hijack the thread...
yeah, the advertising regarding the promos has been pathetic thus far. las years throw back night brought in a big crowd, but mostly because they had been advertising it for weeks ahead of time. let's hope they get it together for the other big draw promos like nascar weekend and such. |

| Fortunately, I'm close to the Southbank Shuttle stop in Bellevue. I just pay $3.00 for the round trip. |

| BTW, I have a pocket schedule with the promotions. Throwback night is indeed Saturday night. No other details provided. |

| Actually, a friend told me the parking across from Gameday is now bumped up to $7 as well. The increase is not the Cyclones fault but will ultimately hurt them. It is only two bucks cheaper than what they charge the garage for Reds games now. I am not lazy so I don't mind walking but the problem is I can't always make it early enough, and if I drive all the way downtown for the game, I want to be in my seat by face off to see the whole game. |

MY question on parking-why does the BB Riverboat get the PUBLIC LANDING for their guests and we get run out. Hey Hamilton County, how about charging their customers and ruin their business like you are doing ours!!!! |

| 1530 Homer has been running ads over the past few days talking about the home games this weekend with Saturday being throwback night. 7 buck tickets, and 1 buck hotdogs, pizza and something else. I have to work or I'd be there. |

If you look at some of electronic billboards they are running on those. I won't be there unfortunately, but I'll be there Friday.
Does anyone know when they are corralling all the Chad's in a the suite boxes? That just sounds like a funny thing to see. |
