On Sunday January 25th the Fan Club is hosting a benefit for former Cyclone Jason Baird. I don't know if you all recall this, but over the summer he was in a freak lawn mower accident & was burned over 65% of his body. The benefit we are having will donate 60% of the money to help Jason & his family; the 40% will stay with the Fan Club in support of our team. The benefit is called "Cyclones Got Talent" and will be held at Raffel's in Blue Ash from 5:00-9:00 PM. Tickets are $10 for both members & non members. If you also have anything you'd like to donate, please contact Sherry Chapman at 513-702-9017. Tickets can be purchased at the Fan Club booth; Cindy McCray will also have information there if you need it.

Thanks.

I've kept up with his progress with the Caimbridge updates.A fun idea
might be an auction of Cyclone merchandise brought in by fans who need
the space.I would love a chance to buy some old logo jerseys and maybe
it could be half the price goes to the seller and half goes into the
pot for Jason.

I heard this is going to be a really fun event!! Great chance to see the players off the ice in a neat and interactive way! And obviously a great cause!

For 2Minutes... we'll have dinner served by the players & the best server getting the most tips will win a plaque; there's going to be chances to win small items, there'll be a live auction for the players to showcase their talents, & then a raffle to win shirts off the players' backs. RJ from the Merchandise Booth is going to design the shirts for the Fan Club. Thanks for asking. :-)

such a stupid rule...scrap books that are made for the players should have both on the ice and off the ice items in them...but i'm not a fan club member so what do i know...

If I pay my $10 I will take as many pictures
as i want. All the fan club people take picture
why can we? Just like last year. Thats why
you guys have so much trouble getting ppl
to come to your events. Too many dumb rules
that only apply to no-club members. Yes i Know
"B/C we are doing books" so what? No Camrma's should mean No
camrma's. I will have mine ready to take pictures All night long

Hey Elvis, The funny thing is if you are doing a Book
you can take all the pics you want(as long as you are a member)
but if you are a no-member and doing a book they try and stop
you from taking them. Last year i counted 5 ppl taking pics
for their books and my wife(no-member) was told not to take pics
and if she did they would get the cops over there and kick us out.
She was doing a book for JM and was told she wasant allowed to do that eaither b/C she wasnt a member. WTF they have too many dumb rules thats why I'm no longer a member.

Jericho, if you'd like to donate something, please feel free to drop it off at the booth. You know where it's located right?

Thanks. :-)
