South Carolina never officially HAD him. He was with Victoria, traded to S. Carolina, traded to Cincinnati, in this deal, so he basically was just a name for them. Victoria probably had some overcrowding and could let him go, and Im thinking S.C. has something in mind about Toomey that nobody else does. They wouldnt just take him for nothing.
