Liar Citizen Dick a.k.a. too many other names to list has posted that Ray Harris met with Blaine Stoughton and Jerry Rafter about becoming investors in the team.
I saw and talked to these two and former Stinger radio voice Andy MacWilliams (a real hockey announcer) after the game. They appeared to be 3 old friends out for a night on the town and were in quite good spirits. I have no idea if they met with Harris or not, but none of the three had any briefcase or were carrying any documents which one would probably have after "serious discussions" about potential ownership.
I happened to run into Ray Harris at the game on Tuesday and asked him if we were going to have a team next season. He stated to me that the team will be here.
Just posted this so that no one will be alarmed by another bogus claim by the pathetic losers who post garbage on their dead website to cause alarm among the Cyclones faithful.

If I want to get a good laugh Citizen Dick always provides it for me since he has been wrong for the past 3 seasons and will become 4 seasons in October
He states how much he hates the Cyclones but he is always first to coment on anything if you hate the Cyclones why bother posting or caring |

| The only reason I read heckler's grove is for the comedy. I enjoy seeing how much of an ass Citizen Dick can make of himself. |

While I too have no idea whether or not these men met for these discussions, what does carrying a briefcase or documents have to do with anything? That statement is just as speculative as Citizen Dick's.
I agree that most of Citizen Dick's predictions are pointless, and aimed mainly at stirring up Cyclones fans. But if you talked to these guys, and still don't know whether they got together to discuss investment in the Cyclones, why bother to post it? Just to counteract Citizen Dick? Doesn't that kind of bring you to his level of purely speculative posting? Are you concerned that the Cyclone faithful will actually believe Citizen Dick to the point where you have to contradict him to lessen his credibility?
You spoke to Ray, he said they'd be back next year, 'nuff said. Now, hopefully that statement by Ray will be more accurate than when he said the Cyclones would have a weekly coach's show on Fox Sports Ohio, or when he thought that a local radio station would actually pay for the rights to carry Cyclones games. |

My goodness, I could swear that the last part of your post aoubt Fox Sports and radio rights is verbatim of posts on Hackers Grovel.

Nice deflection. Sidestep the issues and refer to the Ducks and Hecklers Grove so that people won't see that you just avoided answering my questions.
But I'm sure Citizen Dick is very happy you just gave him more credence by starting a new topic about him here on Section 60 and referring to his posts on Hecklers Grove, your favorite place to lurk. You're the best advertisement for Hecklers Grove here. |

The issue was addressed. Harris said the team is coming back.
The notion that others were involved in any discussion about investing in the team is the purely speculative and unsubstantiated claim. It is the claim which needs to be substantiated.

Yes this is true. I'm glad you felt the need to inform everyone here on Section 60 of this fact. I'm sure they believe everything they read on Hecklers Grove, especially posts by Citizen Dick, and they need you to keep contradicting him here on Section 60 to set them all straight. Good thing you deleted your account over there...wouldn't want the Hecklers to know you still care what gets posted there. |
