| Great much-needed win today as the Cyclones domination over the Devils this season continues. They completely dominated the 3rd period, going into it tied, largely in part to winning most of the face offs. Having Van Guilder back is obviously going to be huge. |

Season on the line-important road game-and little if any coverage. No radio. ECHL link drown out by audi hum and weak volume for most of the game.Wish we still had 96.5 coverage like last year.Great to see Van Guilder back and another strong Loic.My vote still for straight goalie rotation for remainder of the season. |

| Hopefully Van Guilder will stay but since he is an "In Residence" player he could be sent back to Hamilton if they need him for the playoffs. I think that the 2 games at home against Gwinnett and Trenton this coming weekend is the most important stretch the team has had in a while they win 3 of 4 or all and we could help secure the playoffs rather than holding our breath every game |

A great game from what I (DIDN'T) hear. Hamer said in the beginning of the broadcast that Trenton's arena was known for its audio difficulties. Halfway through the game I turned off our feed and tried Trenton's. Their feed was non-existent so I went outside and fertilized the lawn! As a side note I heard an exchange on Friday between MaxxFM and Hamer (I was listening to the internet feed). Basically MaxxFM was offering to carry today's game but Hamer declined, saying that we had to pay for any game over thirty and we were saving a few for the playoffs.
Van Guilder's return is VERY timely to say the least. Now that were loaded on D (perhaps for the first time this season) we needed a full time offensive forward. I like what I hear about Faulkner... he sounds likes he can move the puck around and launch a shot when necessary. Secondary scoring is what is going to get and keep this team in the playoffs...Dietrich, Faulkner, Ferazzoli, Johnson, McKenzie, Sproat and Scero all have to step it up a notch. Dietrich was the hero tonight... who wants it Wednesday night ? |

Huge win. Glad to see Dietrich step up. Van Guilder back is huge as well.
Does anyone know anything about Kilpatrick's status?
This week the Cyclones will have a great opportunity to open up some room on the division. We play twice vs. Gwinnett. Trenton plays at Elmira on Tuesday and that is the only other Northern Division game all week. |

I don't think we can expect Kilpatrick back any time this season...although its amazing how quickly injuries heal during the playoffs!
Every team in this division (Reading and Dayton excepted) holds their playoff fate in their own hands. There are five decent teams for four available spots. Its all going to come down to who can win when the chips are down. My best guess is that Elmira will be the odd team out. |
