What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I just got off the phone with the ECHL and this is what they told me...
1) all the schedules should be going out this week! so keep an eye on it
2) the rumors that quad city is joining...false! the schedules have been finalized so the only new teams this year are Kalamazoo and Toledo |

| Well, the situation with "adding" teams can still change. The league had to alter schedules at least 2 times last year with teams folding, so I would think that if, and soon, a team or teams would want to join up, they'd gladly take them on, given it only strengthens the E. |

At some point, a league has to stop taking in teams. Building dates have to be secured (especially weekend dates) and promotional and sales work has to begin in earnest. The ECHL usually has its schedule out much earlier than this season. The Kzoo situation (the entire IHL for that matter) was not entirely unpredictable, so schedules were delayed.
Losing teams is a situation which one has to contend. That type of scheduling scrambling is unavoidable along with being undesirable.
We have seen the last addition to the ECHL this season.

You guess correctly. You may pass go and collect 200 dollars.
Also, my son called the Cyclones office today and was told the schedule wouldn't be released until August. With every other team releasing theirs, we could put the Cyclones schedule together from that (barring any last minute additions to the league). |
