Just wondering, if anyone's credit card has been charged yet for this year's tickets. I was curious, because my season ticket rep from last year, Michael Cox, is no longer with the Cyclones and I was wondering how this will all work out. There is another rep at the old extension and I would assume that he would take over. I have sent an email to the new rep as well. I was also curious if anyone else on here is in the same position as me (i.e. Michael Cox was their former ticket rep)

| Mike was my sales rep also, and I now have Joe Stills. I believe they divided his account among the other reps. I have paid for my season tickets for this year, but have not heard when they will be issued. The whole organization seems to be running a little slow. I noticed they don't have the promotional schedule out, and when I said something about a month ago I was told, "In a week." They also don't seem to be in a hurry to return e-mails. |

| They returned my emails pretty quick, but they had the same "In a week" answer, most of the teams have the promo schedule up so it should be coming out soon anyway. |

| One thing, they won't charge your credit card without letting you know. They are wanting it paid off soon and I think they are going to have the tickets printed for the open house on Oct.8th. At least this time the players will be present! And season ticket holders will get free tickets for the pre-season game. |

| Silly me, I got an email back and they said my credit card was charged on March 12, a few days after I had originally re-upped for this year. One thing I am wondering, cloneinator, how did you find out about your new ticket rep? Did they contact you or did you contact them? |

Dear Season Ticket Holder,
Hockey season is just around the corner and Im excited to let you know about some preseason Cyclones events!
First of all, on Thursday, October 8th, we will be hosting an Open House here at U.S. Bank Arena from 6:00pm-7:30pm for anyone that may be interested in purchasing ticket packages. The Arena will be open and our staff will be on hand to answer any questions. We would like to invite you to come down and bring along any friends or family you have who may be interested in becoming Cyclones season ticket holders. Remember that we have all types of packages available from full and 18 game packages down to six game packs.
During the open house, you can walk around and check out your seats and the ice will be open if you would like to bring your skates. The Cyclones players will also be skating and signing autographs that evening.
Then, on Friday, October 9th, the Cyclones will host the Toledo Walleye for a preseason exhibition game on home ice at U.S. Bank Arena and as a season ticket holder, you will get in to the game absolutely FREE.
In conjunction with this exhibition game, we will also be holding our annual season ticket holder dinner in the restaurant on the 5th floor that evening. The dinner runs from 6:00pm-7:00pm and the game begins at 7:30pm. I look forward to seeing you there!
You can pick up your season tickets, along with your wristband for the dinner at the specially marked box office window beginning at 6:00pm on October 8th at the Open House or 5:30pm on October 9th prior to the dinner. If you are unable to attend either of these events arrangements will be made to get your tickets in your hands.
Also, attached to this email, you will find a special letter from Cyclones Head Coach Chuck Weber.
Many of you are already aware that my wife and I are expecting our first child (a girl) in early October. That being said, there is a good chance that I will not be able to attend the Open House and/or the preseason game and season ticket holder dinner. If I am unable to attend and you need assistance with anything, feel free to approach any of our ticket representatives and they will be able to assist you.

| Someone should buy me season tickets as a gift? I will probably get a 1/2 season package, if not Thursday/Friday I will in the first few weeks of the season. |
