The latest is David Desharnais who suffered a broken bone in his left foot when he blocked a shot in Wednesday's preseason game with Toronto.
Desharnais, who had 24 goals and 34 assists last year in his first full season with the Bulldogs, was expected to be a major cog in their offence. He's expected to miss 4-6 weeks.

Desharnais is getting closer to returning. Within a week according to one source.

| Desharnais had an assist in his return last night against Binghamton, too bad they couldnt have send him here for rehab but this isnt baseball I guess |
