What did everyone think of the new jerseys? I really like the change, especially the lettering which makes a good third jersey choice.
The Twister logo is still good but is becoming dated. It still works for the primary jerseys but it was nice to see a change.
The only comment I heard was from a guy wearing a vintage '92 jersey that last fit properly (just guessing) about 75 lbs. ago. He of course didn't like it. Buy a new jersey already.
The slight music change was good, but they could have played it louder; not that it could have even come close to drowning out our guest announcer last night. |

| Supposedly next week. The first order came in but something was wrong with them and they sent them back. I'm purchasing one for sure. |

| I personnally did not care at all for the jerseys. I agree it was an interesting change and would be okay on an occasion, but I would hate to see it incorporated on a regular basis. |

| I wouldn't want to see them exclusively, either, although wearing them on occasion, for the sake of mixing things up a little, would be ok. I personally still like their current logo. |

I also wasn't big on them. I like the fact that they finally got a third jersey, but I guess I was just hoping for something more unique ... I know that's a hockey tradition, but as someone said in the other thread, "Cincinnati" is so long it came off looking odd.
I really wish they had brought the yellow jerseys back. Guess that will never happen. |

I have always been a fan of the black sweaters. The tweaks that were made looked great and I'm a sucker for lace up sweater. The "Cincinnati" on the front grew on me as the game went on, but in the grand scheme of things, I thought it came up as unoriginal and a bit boring. Also, as cyclonehole mentioned, "Cincinnati" is awfully long to put across the front and have it look good. The merch booth had a T-shirt that had a gothic looking "C" on for awhile and I thought that would make a decent logo.
The thing that set the scheme off and really made it a step up over the previous black sweaters was the socks. I had been calling for the socks to be black with the same yellow and red trim from the sweater elbows to be on the shins. The old black socks that only had a thin red trim stripe made the whole thing look like practice uniforms.

If we need and want a third jersey- how about one with the ORIGINAL
logo on it ! It sure was a hit earlier in the year. |

I am going to go ahead and agree that the new jersey's are "ok" at best. Not exactly stand out, but not terrible.
One thing I do like about it is how when they wear black, our players stand out greatly from the other team (or so was the situation last night). In fast action sports like hockey, I've always found that when two teams wear similar colors it gets a little confusing in the heat of the moment. |

| I kind of liked the "Cincinnati" down the chest and really like the lace up. Been wondering what a "newer" logo might look like, the Twister one does seem kind of dated. Maybe a redone version of the original logo? One without eyebrows on the goalie mask? |
