CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, announced this afternoon that forward Mark Van Guilder has been recalled by the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL).
Van Guilder, 25, is in his second professional season, having appeared in 21 games with Milwaukee this year. He has collected four assists with the Admirals. Last season, Mark appeared in 65 games with the Cyclones, leading the team with 26 goals and 44 assists for 70 points. Three of his goals were overtime scores. This season, he has played eleven games with the Cyclones, notching four goals and adding four assists for eight points.
The six-foot-two, 205 pound native of Roseville, MN, played four seasons at Notre Dame, earning four varsity letters and racking up 42 goals and 56 assists for 98 points in 163 games. Van Guilder and current Cyclone Brock Sheahan played for a Fighting Irish squad that advanced to the National Championship game in 2007-08.
The Cyclones play the second game of their six game road trip on Wednesday night (March 3) at Charlotte at 7pm. That game can be heard on the club's website at www.cycloneshockey.com.

The Cyclones have selected Friday night games carried on ESPN 1530 and all contests aired on their website at www.cycloneshockey.com.
