After beginning the season with 12 points in his first eight games, Desharnais has recorded just five points in his last seven.

Desharnais continued to struggle last night.

He was named the game's first star.

Cedrick Desjardins also continued his precipitous decline by allowing one goal and notching his 5th victory of the season.

Desjardins seasonal victory total would place him first in all time victories among all Cincinnati Railraider goaltenders. Quite an accomplishment, I must say.

Desharnais is in his fourth pro season and third in Hamilton. With now more than 200 minor league games under his belt, career minor leaguer status is just around the corner.

Desjardins is in his fifth pro season and continues to struggle with the same issues that made him a non-draft pick coming out of the QMJHL: consistency, controlling rebounds and puck-handling skills. He has entered career minor leaguer territory.

Let me know, hrc666, when Desharnais plays as many NHL games as Cam Severson and Deshardins gets into as many NHL games as Gregg Naumenko, who was an AHL All-Star as a non-drafted first-year pro.

... hrc666 now goes to his favorites and clicks on hockeydb to look up how many NHL games Severson and Naumenko played.

Not talking NHL here, marketing wizard.

Just the "A".

Plus, living in the distant past is unhealthy.

Stay on topic. Thank you.

Desharnais had two assists tonight in Hamilton's 4-3 SOL at Toronto, but was on the ice for all three of the Marlies goals including the game-tying goal with 1:04 left in regulation.

Desharnais was scoreless today in a 3-1 win vs. Toronto, but posted a plus-2 rating.
