New Cyclones forward Chris Clackson is the son of former WHA (Indianapolis Racers, Winnipeg Jets) & NHL (Pittsburgh Penguins, Quebec Nordiques) defenseman Kim Clackson.
Kim Clackson wasn't very big at 5-foot-10 but was willing to fight anyone. He and Rick Dudley had some really good scraps back in the WHA days.
From what I saw this weekend on the roadtrip, Chris is pretty scrappy indeed. He definitely likes to take care of his own business. He doesn't put up with guys taking cheap shots or boarding him. The Elmira fans called him a punk and a goon. LOL Takes one to know one!
