That's correct. Skalde confirmed last night at the Coach's show. It should get announced later today.
After the show Skalde let it be known that there is another signing on it's way and it will raise some eyebrows. My lips are sealed for now though. |

| Hauswirths numbers aren't earth shattering with 14 points, but he does have 37 games played and is on the + side, so we'll take him with a smile. |

He's a big kid and a right shot which we need. SC plays a very defensive game so that could have an effect on his point production. He went 17g-27a-44pts in 62 games as a rookie so there is some upside.
I just hope he can skate better than Ian McKenzie. |

To my knowledge it's a player signing, not a trade.
The ECHL trade deadline is March 11 and AHL Clear Day also coming up soon, it's not out of the question for another deal to be made. However, what can Skalde really get for what he has to offer? My guess anyone coming in will be college/junior free agents or reassignments from the AHL, except for the guy I've mentioned. |
