They should save their money and leave the band at home....I think Storyside B sucked last year (thats my opinion).....Hopefully they don't spend much money on them...Faith night usually gives me a headache....Only good thing about it is the Cyclones are playing.

Regardless of your opinion on the band, it has been one of the biggest draws the last two years. Add one of those bands and every youth group bus in the tri-state area is heading down to US Bank Arena.
Dollar beer and hotdog night on a weekend would be just as big if not bigger and cost less money....But, I'm always glad to see a big crowd even if there is bad music during intermission. (gives me a reason to leave my seat and stretch my legs)

Hope we get some of those kids from the youth group hooked and brings them back to more games during the season.
There WILL be cheap beer and hot dog nights. But you have to create various promotions to draw different crowds, not just have discounted stuff every weekend. I also call BS on that ARSclose. I remember clearly that the Faith Night in 06-07 had one of the biggest crowds of the year, and at that point in the season I think it was THE biggest crowd to date. I don't really remember the draw it had last season but I'm sure it was above average for that point in the season as well. You can already count on tons of people being back for cheap beer, promotions like Faith Night bring out people who would never go to a hockey game (especially if we're playing the Trenton DEVILS!), and there are several youth groups who always attend them and bring in busloads.
