Cincinnati: Delete Matt Syroczynski, F loaned to Milwaukee (AHL)
Good luck to Matt. |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

| Contract is with Cincinnati (see above post- says loaned to Milwaukee). I would guess to say he will not be back. |

This may only be slightly on topic, but with the number of guys we send up who perform...why is Chuck still here exactly?
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to have him here, but I'd be happier for him if he were in the AHL this season. |

Who did we get to replace him? Whoever it is will have some BIG shoes to fill.
Good luck Matt! |
...And on the eighth day, GOD created the Cyclones! |

Weber was offered an assistant coaching postition in the AHL this off season.
In the past several seasons, more than a few ECHL coaches have moved on to head coaching slots in the AHL. Weber, at 35 years old, is three years younger than the youngest AHL head coach-former Alaska Aces coach Davis Payne who coaches Peoria.
The Cyclones have two very solid affiliations which were originated by Weber all of his own. The Milwaukee and Hamilton organizations obviously feel quite comfortable with Weber. Should an opening occur in either of these two franchises, then I'm sure he would be a leading candidate.
Weber only has 2 years of head coaching experience in addition to being young. He also wasn't much of a player. His coaching career started AFTER he was a ticket rep for 3 years with the Orlando Solar Bears of the IHL. His very modest hockey pedigree combined with his youthfulness are more than likely the only two factors which prevented his elevation to head coaching status in the AHL.
His time will come very soon. He would also probably make a very good Division I or Canadien Junior Head coach. Home ownership in Cincinnati is not a viable option for him. I'd think that-unless this season is a disaster on the ice for the Cyclones-that the odds are significantly stacked in favor of his advancement to a higher level in a head coaching position at the conclusion of this season.
If he doesn't have a heart attack due to the Cyclone's rather porous defense. |

| We all know YOU hope so... LOL But it would be nice! They were all starting to gel there and now they've been knocked off course. I hope the best for Chico, but we need that help right now... |
