The New North
Toldeo, Dayton, Cincy, Wheeling, Johnstown, and one additional. The one maybe an a Agusta expansion
And honestly that isn't bad at all for teams and fans.
Dayton Toldeo - 2 to 2.5 hrs Cincy - 1 hr Wheeling - 3hrs Johnstown - 4 to 4.5 hrs Indy? - 2 hrs Louisville? - 3 hrs
This would be great on gas money for minor league team. So I vote to kick Elmira out and I can't figure out what to do with Reading besides move them to the "South" league to play Stingrays, Checkers, Gladiators, and Everblades

i'm not sure which is worse: the lynx possibly folding, or the comments on that article wanting them to leave.
it makes sense to want to get rid of something that people could go to. there are a lot of other entertaining things going on in augusta. it is the fun capital of the world.
/i can never say augusta without it coming out like "uhGUStuh" |

| @LJHammons that is an old release- and was shown in the other releases. There are still going to be issues with the LYNX... it doesn't look like they have that good of a relationship with the arena there. It seems as though there are some problems- when the arena says, even if the LYNX leave we will still be here to offer Augusta ENTERTAINMENT... that is NOT a good sound. |

| In the event that the American Conference is split up into three divisions, what are your thoughts on the playoffs? I'm thinking the three division winners plus the overall next five teams in points. |

| i highly doubt they will split the conference into 3 divisions simply do to logistical factors. the american conference is already loaded with teams, the north division especially. out west it's practically a cake walk to make the playoffs. if they did go with 3 divisions, mheck's suggestion of 3 + 5 makes the most sense but it still handicaps the american conference. i'd prefer to see the franchise get moved out west to make that conference a little more challenging. the best bet would be to have 2 conferences of 12 teams, 6 per conference. that of course would be a prefect world and is fairly unlikely.... |

Looks like another team is in trouble. |
What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I think ALL the teams in the league have to be concerned with their financial well being. No one is immune from this crisis. The AFL isn't even playing this season to "re-evaluate" thier business model.
Lets hope everyone at least plays till the end of the season. |

| On a selfish note, this may be an opportunity to upgrade our roster. If they are in 1st place, you know that they have to have some decent players. |

Sorry WDD but do you get a warm feeling seeing the people holding "Going out of Business Signs" also. The more teams fail the weaker the whole league gets. |

No, I don't wish that on anyone seeing as we have already experienced a similar situation here. It obviously sucks. I was just stating that given our current roster, this could be something that helps us from a player standpoint. There is nothing any of us can do about another team folding. If it happens it happens. If it does happen, I think we would be well served to take a look at some of these guys.
Personally, I think the league as a whole may have a bit of a problem. The teams are all on a tight budget and travel costs are going to continue to increase and I don't see very many teams increasing attendance/revenue. I hope I'm wrong, but I think we will see several more teams fold before long. |
