Tonight's Obama Bobblehead Giveaway
Date: 01/24/2009
The Cincinnati Cyclones are proud to host tonight's Barack Obama giveaway as the Dayton Bombers return to town. Please note that tonight's giveaway will alter slightly from games past. The first 3,000 fans will receive a voucher redeemable at the start of the 3rd period and more importantly continue after the game. Fans must then exit the building upon receiving their bobblehead. After threats of using the bobblehead as a thrown projectile, the Cyclones organization will take the safety of their fans and players into the utmost importance. Should you have any questions, signage will be posted throughout the arena. Thanks and enjoy tonight's game.

| Maybe they should wait till the game is over to distribute the bobbleheads. I understand the safety rule, but if fans get them at the start of the 3rd period & are forced to leave, there could be quite a few upset fans that wouldn't come back. |
Hockey is life. All the rest is just small stuff.

| This is a smart move. Since it's going to be a huge crowd, it will suck to have to go get one when everyone is hovered around the booth, but it is for the better. |

| I like the idea. Now people won't have their bobbleheads on e-bay before the game is over. This makes the people who are just there to collect stay for most of the game. It may create a nightmare when the game is over tho. But better than a bum-rush when the gates open before the game. |

I think this is a big lie myself 
I was told last night that the Bobblehead
and toat bags where held up in coustoms and they
don't know when they wil get them. I think this
is something to buy them some time for the truck
to get there. I have no clue how the US Coustom
works on stoping thing coming into the USA or
if they work on weekends, But i do know it's better
to tell the truth then to lie to people. How
many people do you really think called or said they where
going to throw it on the ice? If that's the case i'm calling
in a going to threating to throw a bottle on the ice. OH no
now they are not going to sell bottles of beer or Pop.
YEA RIGHT. I SMELL A BIG LIE. I hope i'm wrong and the truck is
there with the bobbleheads and this is just to get people to stay
and watch the game.I could care less about the Bobblehead I go
for the hockey not the free stuff. |

| Amen brother!!! I also agree with ClonesFanNKY about being there for hockey; the free stuff is an extra added bonus. If it gets new fans to come to the game, so be it! :-) |

I was planning to take mine out to the driving range and "tee-off" the head.
The Ebay auction is actually not allowed,but Ebay only enforces pre-auction
bans if they are notified.As bad as it may be,I still want one because it is
a Cyclone item.The crazier the better! |

I was going to report the item but forgot where to do that on eBay. Reminds me when the new XBoxs and PS3s came out and people were selling items they didn't even have in their hand. |
