| As much as we want most of the guys back from recall from the A, unfortunatley we still have 2 more trades to finish up for Scero and Salekin if my mind serves me right. Only time will tell before these trades are finished but it should be on peoples minds and prepared for it when it unfortunatley comes |

| Well, if they were for future considerations, then the players already chosen to be a part of that have already been set, so its not like CWeb hasnt had time to come up with backup pending we lose a good player or not. |

future considerations can also be $$$$. like buckeye said, when trades for futures are made a list of players is set at that point and chuck typically does a great job of not giving up too much. sure cohen was on a hot streak when we lost him, but since joining phoenix he's only played 3 games and if i'm not mistaking he is currently on IR, so it's hard to say what he would have done had we been able to keep him.
if i recall there are also set windows in which the trade "futures" can be finalized (i could be wrong on that).
regardless i hope there is a cash option because we can't really afford to lose anyone at this point regardless of who they are...the roster is that thin... |
