I just got the letter about next year's tickets. Prices go up to $12 for most seats and $24.50 for first row. 8% discount for half season tickets and 25% discount for full season.

Good reasons to consider being a season ticket holder.

I don't mind the increase in price. I just wish the printing in the letter was larger. Talk about reading the fine print!

Get Clones instead of Clunkers.

The Cyclones are charging more than the NHL.

http://www2.tbo.com/content/2009/feb/27/sp-lightning-slash-season-ticket-prices/sports-lightning/

Almost 1,300 upper-level seats have been reclassified to be included in the $239 season-ticket package that averages out to $5.69, plus tax, per game. Nearly 20 percent of the arena's seats will feature that $239 designation and half-season packages in the same area will cost $149

This was a tongue in cheek post. I can't believe how cheap these Tampa seats are.

Perhaps the Lightning can relocate to The Gardens and improve their revenues.
