The AHL released its Clear Day (playoff) rosters today.

Players who were not on their team's rosters who could possibly return to the Cyclones:

Milwaukee:

Mark Santorelli
Stephen Werner (would need to play 3 more games with us before being playoff eligible)

Portland:

Matt MacDonald
Kyle Rank

There are a lot of ways around these Clear Day rosters, but if a player is not on the Clear Day, their chances of returning here are far greater than if they were.

These guys are just possibilities. It is not certain, by any means, that we will get any of them.

There is also a list called an "in residence" list which is basically the list of players who would be eligible for AHL playoffs if there are injuries, call ups or suspensions on the Clear Day lists.

Van Guilder is on Hamilton's 'in residence' list. I don't know about the other guys (MacDonald, Rank, Santorelli, Werner), but I think that it is safe to assume that they are also on their respective team's 'in residence' lists.

But if the teams dont make the playoffs we will get those players quicker, Portland looks like they are on the bubble so if we continue to play as good as we are Rank and MacDonald could be back quicker
