Have always said that hockey players in general do not get enough credit or recognition for what they do outside of hockey! For all the hyper-egos and primadona attitudes of professional atheletes across all sports (football, baseball, basketball, etc).........you will find more community active and responsive atheletes among hockey players. Their ability to communicate and talk with the 'average' fan is rarely reccognized except by those of us that are the fans of the game!
Loic was at the Coach's show this past Monday. After he was on stage, he took the floor mic and began singing to the crowd. Everyone ended up in stiches. If there is anyone worthy of being the starting goalie for April Fools' Day, it Loic. Nothing against Nie, but Loic would probably do something to make the Chiefs look like fools.
