| I couldn't make it tonight I had to work until 9:00... but I am glad we are still alive in the game and overtime in game seven is a very defibrillating thing to experience, so I have it on B2... I pray that I will see you all during game one of the division finals |

What a game! Loic looked incredible tonight. Over all great effort by this team. You have got to tip your hat to Darling. We could have easily scored 5 goals tonight. He played an amazing game.
On to the next round. Who do we want - Elmira or Trenton? |

| well, when it comes to those two, its the one we had the most difficulty in the season... because I think it is important to overcome things in the playoffs.... that being said, BRING ON ELMIRA! |

JTest, interesting question. My answer: I don't care. Bring them on! We will defend our Division Title in the playoffs!
That was an excellent game. In the first period, the Clones appeared to want to take care of business. The same way in OT. I will give my due respect to Darling for performing well at USBA, but something had to give in 2x OT.
Woodrow, I have to admit it is always interesting hearing views from the opposing fans and don't be a stranger. |
Cyclones hockey. A championship caliber team in a city of losers. |

The two best teams in the division just played each other tonight. No matter who wins, the Cyclones should move on to the conference finals.
Congrats to the Cyclones on winning an amazing game, and congrats to Curtis Darling for playing a great series and an incredible Game 7. He was a one-man team in the 3rd period and the 2nd OT. It's an absolute shame that he gets an L in the boxscore. |

| There was some talk about folks like myself not having the energy to go, I had 2 sick children and enough vomit to last me at least a month, however had I had healthy children I would have had to leave early anyways. CycloneFanNKY I want to personally congratulate you on being there for one of the greatest wins this season, and although I watched it B2, certainly it wasn't as good as being there in person....and I can NEVER say you are a fair weather fan. To all of you who weathered a poss Cyclones Loss, you are true fans and I salute you. Me staying home and missing a game like I did was just a risk I had to take. If I remember I did catch game 7 last year, I was younger then...nevertheless I hope you all have a safe trip home and see you on Friday....scuba |

I wouldn't sweat it SCUBA. I got to make 3 of the 4 playoff games, keep my season tickets and put together several group nights a year. I have had numerous personal issues where I had to prioritize attending tonight. I've been through the up and down years back to their IHL days.
I support this team to where it is a sacrifice sometimes, but there are those on here who pass judgement on others. Take 'em with a grain of salt and if they don't like it, well, you get the point.
See you this weekend.

Darling did get a nice round of applause tonight when he was listed as 3rd star. You can always tell who the real HOCKEY FANS are, when the 3rd star is from the other team and gets applause. A great night in goal for Darling but a better overall performance by the Cyclones. They had a few lapses in judgement, but overall were pretty solid.
See you all Saturday- I have to work Friday night. |

I hadn't been to a double-OT game in a LONG time. Wow. From one of the worst games I've ever seen two nights ago to one of the best tonight. It was just as I anticipated a crucial, intense game 7 to look like. They finally got to Darling when it counted, but he played one hell of a game just like he has, well, mostly all of this series. My number one compliment went to the Clones defense eliminating WHL scoring chances. A couple of key moments there were when Kilpatrick cleared a loose puck literally right out of the crease and St. Denis breaking up what could have easily been the game-winning 2-on-1 break.
It was a hell of a 7-game series, Wheeling, and both teams played with a ton of heart tonight. Thanks for stopping to chat with us, Woodrow, and I hope to catch you at a game next year. The Nailers put up a tremendous effort this series.
Onto the Devils/Jackasses. |

An amazing game that could have gone either way. What a performance by all involved. I think we outlasted them more than anything else. Loic was very good in net and Darling was spectacular.
As far as our next opponent goes they will be tired as they've played more hockey than anyone to this point. Lets hope for another multiple overtime game to determine who has the right to play us. |
