No we no longer have home ice advantage but we haven't lost a road game in the playoffs.
Looks like Florida went up 3-0 and SC scored 4 straight to win today. Quite a swing in that game. |

I caught the last period and a half on the internet. The Florida announcer appeared to be near tears after the game. The Everbaldes threw up all over themselves. They lost a three goal lead giving up the tying goal with about 3 minutes left. They then took a too many men on the ice with about 45 seconds left and SC scored about 10 seconds later.
When Elmira lost a game that they should have won (game #2), they were done. This will be a very difficult loss for Florida to overcome. Their coach, former Cyclone coach Malcolm Cameron has never matched his regular season success in the playoffs. He's a taskmaster who never lets up and his teams tend to run out of gas in the playoffs.
I'm already "gone to Carolina in my mind". Ancient people will understand the James Taylor song reference. LOL. |

| I'm not giving up on Florida yet. I think this has been a good series, but I'll leave the series winner to be determined by the scoreboard. HRC666, you're right about Elmira. After losing game 2 to the Clones, it appeared that they were frustrated to the point of not playing hockey but just fighting in the 3rd period. |

Hey! I resemble that remark.  
I am cheering for South Carolina also if only because I could drive to their arena a lot easier. If I will or not depends on a lot of factors still to be determined but I am giving it serious thought.

| I want SC but Florida is the Brabham Cup champs for a reason so until SC get win number 4 Florida is still the favorite in the series |

As pointed out by others, we don't have home ice for the Conference Finals.
If we get to the finals, we would not have home ice vs. Alaska but would have home ice if our opponent is either Stockton or Las Vegas.
