and blackjack, are you not seeing words as they are written? I said we took a 3-1 lead, then flopped to lose in game 7, therefore, we'd HAVE to have lost games 5,6, and 7, so nice of you to be captain obvious and point out what I had already said.
Good luck in your season next year too....oh, wait, there isnt one for you.

I doubt any of the Stingray fans have illusions about us being a "powerhouse". We're simply a hard working, blue collar, team who knows how to win games. We score just enough to win, and can clamp down when needed. But us having 91 points during the regular season was a TREMENDOUS accomplishment. We played shorthanded most of the season, and the two goalies we have now are our 7th and 8th. Even played several weeks with a SPHL goalie. You may hav heard.... our defense helped him win ECHL goalie of the week. LOL
As far as attendance goes.... teams don't have commercial ticket sales during the playoffs, so the numbers are extremely accurate. There's nothing to gain by inflating them, and it would actually cost a team money to do it.

| Rays, I don't think anyone is saying your team isn't good....you whipped us. I started the whole powerhouse thing and I would think that most folks would believe that the final 4 teams were Powerhouses. Was this a david and Golith thing, I wouldn't think so, But Of all folks to come on here and troll up trouble it would be of all fans The Dayton Bummers? come on you have got to be kidding |
