| Greetings all....mostly a reader here on the boards. Does anyone know where I can pick up a couple yard signs that tell people where/how to get Cyclones tickets? I am trying to get one each for me and my brother-in-law. Thanks in advance for the help! |

| I have one but its pretty well destroyed. I got it during the first season back and have been putting it out during the season. I need a new one now though. |

| I don't know that they make them any more, but I'll bet if there was the interest you could get a bunch made up. I just had a custom spare tire cover made for my Hummer. It wasn't cheap, but now the guy has the design so they may be cheaper for the next guy. |

| Thanks for the ideas, folks. I appreciate it! I called the front office number and got a hold of Drew in the sales rep department (I think it was option 3 when I called 513-421-PUCK). He's gonna hook me up with a couple of them. It sounded like he wouldn't mind if others call for the same request---they want the word to keep getting out!! |

Every year it seems that the loyal fans and season ticket holders bring
up the topic of "advertising" the team. Funny how the front office people
wish we would "come to them" on a topic of displaying signs. I see more and
more Cyclone magnets on cars. How about giving away license plate frames,
magnets, glass press on decals(like oil change people use) to season ticket
holders for us to display around town. Hey Cyclones-give us the materials and
we will proudly display it ! |

I see it both ways, Bags. My tire cover ran me $140.00, I now have "CYCLONS" as my license plate, and my office is one big Cyclones advertisement, almost everything of which I bought. The way I look at it, it's the price of supporting and keeping minor league hockey (especially the Cyclones) in Cincinnati. They only have so much for advertising (they are running a lot of ads on 700 WLW lately), so I will do what I can to support the team which has given us a lot.
Lord knows I wouldn't life a finger to support the other two "Professional teams" in Cincinnati, even if they gave me everything to do it with. What little I have done I do with a smile on my face. |
