Obviously you forgot that 10,000 fans paid just $7 November 6 -- $5 off the regular price, plus another 9,000 paid a similiar price and less for the education day game making ticket revenues not the 32% up from last season that you claim.
Those two games were in the first 4 games of the season. The numbers for games 5-12 stand as I originally posted.
Given that the 10,920 on "Throwback" was over 32% above the 6596 of last season, that revenue is up over 32%.
"Edu. Hockey" tickets were $7 each. The revenues for that game were roughly $63,000. There was no such game in 08-09, so compared to a standard weeknight game of a year ago (~1500 attendance @$10 per), revenue for that date is up about 300%. |

Oh quit your whining....especially since those gutless who didn't want to take the chance with the team at the Gardens backed out....I had my tickets reserved for them.....but now my loyalty belongs to the Clones.....Maybe they are not the best hockey but they are here playing for us!!! |

| I just stated a fact about the Cyclones attendance. It is what it is -- still not good on most nights. |

| Check the attendance at the AHL web site. Half are under 4000 per game. |

What does that have to do with the Cyclones attendance struggles since they set up shop at USBA in 2001-02? |

| Times are different Donnie, economics are bad and that is why the AHL, even though it does have better players it brings more expensive tickets and in some of those markets its hard to buy tickets which is why many teams are really bad in attendance, ECHL teams are very decent in price with many markets it is the only thing they have to go out and have fun with pro sports take Wheeling for example, I enjoy the city but the Nailers are I think the only pro team so that brings some people out along with regular fans |
