David Desharnais fifth goal of the season late in the second period and Cedrick Desjardins turned aside 32 shots to lead the Hamilton Bulldogs to a 3-0 win Saturday afternoon over the Lake Erie Monsters.
The shutout was the second of the season for Desjardins, who lowered his goals-against average to a micropscopic 1.80 in 11 appearances on the season. The former Cyclones standout hasn't given up a goal in his last 98:51 minutes of action.
