There hasn't been many occassions that Weber has had more than one "feared" guy on the team. That actually seems to be his template... One REALLY feared guy that nobody really wants to go with, and thats it. The rest of the team are "skill" guys.
I agree to the degree that Charlotte gave us a thumping Friday night, but history says Weber's approach is working. Its hard to argue that he is doing it "wrong" when his teams are always at the top of the league.
