The Cyclones have partnered with a new NHL simulation league (league name is NHL25530) on WhatIfSports.com and you, our fans, are invited to join. The cost per team is only $9.95 (plus the cost of the Cyclones crushing your self-esteem). Plus, you will get to play a full 82 game season against 23 other teams in two conferences - the top 8 teams in each conference advance to the Stanley Cup playoffs!
Here's how it works: each team owner gets $50 million to put together their team. You can choose from not only today's players, but yesterday's players as well. You want Gretzky, Lawless, Hull, or Crosby? Draft them! Once the league is full, the games are automatically scheduled.
To join, you can go to the link below; make sure you enter the promotional code Cyclones (this way we can keep track of our leagues and know when to start a new one); or you can just go out to http://www.whatifsports.com/nhl-l/ build your team and then choose to join an existing league (NHL25530 is our league name).
