Is one a back up? Why would the league suddenly put in a two referee system for an elimination game? Herbert gets stuck in the corners frequently by players. All we need is TWO roadblocks in the corners who can't get out of the way.

My guess is that one is a back up as ECHL doesn't do two ref games either regular season or playoffs
