The 2010 Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHLs Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that forward Ryan Del Monte has signed a player try-out agreement with the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League.
The 27-year-old Mississauga, Ontario native will be making his second trip to the AHL this season. From October 17 through December 14, Del Monte was a member of the Rochester Americans, where he amassed six points (3 goals, 3 assists) in 21 games. In limited action with the Cyclones this year, Del Monte has scored one goal and added a pair of assists in five games. Hell make his Worcester debut tonight as the Sharks visit the Springfield Falcons at 7:00pm.
