Where does he rank on the team in scoring in 2011 in even-strength situations? |

| I believe only 6 (maybe 7) of his points were via PP, so i'd guess he's still pretty high up there |

| Eight of his points are on the power play, including half of his goals. With Jeff Halpren out of the lineup, he's become the Canadiens go-to guy for important faceoffs and has done a nice job killing penalties. If he can win faceoffs, kill penalties and contribute on the second power play until, that can get him 10 years in the NHL. |

His percentage of PP points are lower than 8 of the top 10 powerplay scorers this year. Only Iginla and former Duck Corey Perry have lower PP percentages.
For what its worth:
Vinny Lecavalier (10 of 20) and Teemu Selanne (15 of 28) also have half or more of their goals on the power play.
Marty St Louis has 35 of his 62 helpers on the power play as well.
Plenty of people are just assassins on the PP. Simple as that. |

| Didn't Don Helbig, the all knowing, once say the only way Desharnais was going to see the NHL was to buy a ticket?? |

So I was wrong about Desharnais chances to one day play in the National Hockey League. So were 30 NHL organizations when they passed on the opportunity to draft him, passed a second time on the opportunity to to sign him as an undrafted free agent, and when they passed for a third time on the opportunity to sign him as a unrestricted free agent after he led the ECHL in scoring in 2007-08.
What was the point of your post, Richard, other than to continue a 10-plus year petty battle over something you were flat out wrong about? So much for our agreement to drop it (sigh).
More than a decade later it's time to let it go, Richard, whatever it is.
