He went 2g,2a,+1, with 7 shots in his first game. Bout time for Chuck to call him up.

Can you be the team MVP based on one game? 69 games and we finally seem to have found someone with some scoring skills. AS heartless as the effort was last night they seemed to find it today against lots of adversity. They continue to control their own destiny which would not have been the case if they lost. Bet the bus trip back home is a lot different than the bus ride up there last night

Do they control their own destiny? I think Toledo has a game in hand, and I haven't looked but I'm guessing the better record in the season series, so if the Walleye win out or win two out of three, I think they still make the playoffs.

Sorry, just looked at the standing again, and turned my brain back on. We do control our destiny if we win out.

I think if Conacher was brought in on an ATO I think he may be eligible regardless of the 5 game limit. Like Petit in 08-09 and Ortiz and Heidinger last year only playing in 3 games Petit, and 1 game for Ortiz and Heidinger last year

I think you need 5 games of ECHL action as an affiliated player (not on an ECHL ATO)to be playoff eligible. If that was game 69 we may be out of luck unless there is an exception I don't know about.

Cyc fan, they don't need to win out necessarily, if Cincy takes 1 of the final two against kzoo and Toledo loses another game that will also do it as well

TB, that is one scenario where we make the playoffs, but if we lose one game of our two remaining, we no longer control our own destiny. If the Cyclones win out, it doesn't matter what Toledo does, because they can't catch us, but if we lose one, then Toledo can win out and make the playoffs irrespective of what the Cyclones do.

I follow you there, it would be nice to get another matinee win on Wednesday and have the fish go belly up thursday night, that way Friday can be more of a party than a pressure cooker
