I think we have seen the last of Cory Conacher.
Im confused about Mahbod, was he released because of performance, or was it because of a rule? A rule was quoted as being the reason he was waived.

The only rule 73 I could find in the rule book has to do with a team's refusal to play. So I don't think that applies to Mahbod's release.
It's a curious move. I noticed he hadn't played much in the past week. He appeared to be a healthy scratch a couple of times. Maybe he was in Skalde's dog house. They'll miss his speed. |

| I was wondering the same thing, does anybody have an idea into this rule? The only thing I could think was an odd man out with the salary cap and people that could be coming back down. |
