I kind of see what elvis is saying. I can't say that I love or hate Juice. I feel super comfortable with Marty in the goal. No problem... Juice is neither here nor there with me though. When he's in goal, I support him 100%, like the other night after Marty's fight. Sometimes I get a bit disappointed, but not more disappointed than he is in himself, I'm sure.
He's not here trying to be sucky. He's here to learn how to move up. I think he's learning, but it's hard to go from the top of the totem pole to the bottom. To be one of the good goalies in your league at a young age and move up to be the baby newbie must suck.
And as much as people won't like it, he'll be the one that stays and Marty will go, unless Coach can do a lot of sweet talking to the NHL people. |

| Honestly having a hate-thread isn't gonna do anything for this guy. Anyone that knows anything about hockey knows that headcases can break a G's game. Ceddy had his maaaajor issues in Hamilton because of the lack of support he was receiving after some sloppy play, but when he was first there we were begging them to give him a chance and let him learn. Let Juice do the same. |

i have been watching juice with a critical eye and i think he is getting better..coach weber's game plans change a bit as well when juice is in net.
i stand behind kyle 100% when he's in net..but i'm not afraid to put him to the burner when goals are on him. it seems he biggest issues are consistency and rebounds. i think he is improving in both categories, but is nowhere near where he really needs to be. i think he, as well as chuck, knows this. over time i think he will become a solid goalie at this level. he should get his chances to play...this is a developmental league after all...but if given the choice, give me marty... |
