Wow, what a game.
I noticed the passing was just fantastic... Double digits against wheeling! Can't wait to see how the game goes this weekend against them. |

Wheeling looked like a trainwreck tonight. 'Clones were on fire. Johnson was playing his ass off, eh? Gotta give this guy credit. He gives his all every shift.

It was a pleasure to watch all the cogs finally come together. Most importantly was the leadership demonstrated by Barrett Ehgoetz. 4 goals and an assist. What an effort!
Giving up 4 goals wasn't the greatest...Nie didn't seem to have his A game tonight; although he made some fairly decent saves when the chips were down earlier in the game. Is it just me or does he have a hole over his right shoulder ?
I arrived slightly late...what happened in the Kilpatrick fight? In other words, why was he fighting at all? Damn son; we have people for that. Johnson or Lynch or anyone. Of course Johnson has three goals in the last two games so his role may have changed! Selekin's fight was just a big hug. I got the feeling the Wheeling guy didn't really want to go.
The only question left is where to cash in your ticket stub... Habernaro's or Dickmanns' or City Barbeque or The ice treadmill. We need a few more laughers like tonight. I imagine Saturday WILL be a lot different. |

I kept telling everyone that if they'd just be patient that this team would gel.
Wheeling has gone from the penthouse to the outhouse. They were simply awful tonight.
What's up with the power play? 6 for 7!
Only 1 game (Sat in WHL) in the next 9 days due to the All Star break. Too bad. The Cyclones appear to be right back into the mix as they now stand only 6 points out of first place. |

| They are gonna be just fine and will be a team that's gonna be tough to beat come playoff time. The current roster is finally growing together as a team and when Montreal gets healthy again we should get TB and Loic back from Hamilton, and Chico is coming back next week plus Rank will be back a some point, so things should only continue to get better. If our pp can make teams pay like they did against Wheeling tonight I like our chances a lot. |

| Nice to be enthusiastic about being 6 points out of first, but Trenton fans are also enthusiastic about being 6 points from a playoff spot with 4 games in hand. Like the Cyclones, they are also 7-3 in their last 10. Just sayin' there's still a lot of season left to play. |

Darlings whole glove went over the line with
the puck under it. But hey we got the W so I'm happy
I fill kinda bad for Darlind, No back up goalie to relive
him after being shelled. You could see it in his eyes after
the 6th goal that he wanted that game to end quick. Did
anyone else notice that Eggo was a -1 tonight LOL, WTF
get 4 goals and 1 asst. and a -1 but I says he will take the
4 goals and be a -1 any day of the week. |

| Traveller, cannot get a handle on your last post, I detect sarcasm maybe? look I don't think anyone here is implying the Clones are on their way to repeating.....and we are all well aware of the length of the season, just a few weeks ago it looked bleak, very very bleak, we are starting to play well together and we are feeling alittle better about the team right now......to heck with Trenton, we cannot do anything about them...we just have to play our game and take what we can get...go clones |

| Yea who cares about Trenton? Games in hand mean nothing if you don't win them. 6 points out of first and 6 points out of the playoffs is totally different also. The Cyclones are finally coming together as a team and they still have several players that will be back in the mix at some point, so this could finally be the start of a decent run the last half of the season. |

| WHOOOOOOOO!! Just now catching my breath!! There was a lot of "SAFETY DANCIN" going on tonight. The net musta looked like the Pacific Ocean to these guys tonight. Darling was absolutely HORRIBLE!! But I did get a laugh out of him in the third period with my NEW FAVORITE HECKLE..........After having scored 8 goals in 2 periods I greeted "OH MY" Darling to a snowman I made from the Zamboni Ice shavings!!! He looked, and did a double take and I could tell he laughed. As far as the 11th goal, "OH MY" Darling covered the puck about 6 inches outside of the goal, the whistle blew, and then the glove got pushed in. I never argued that call. Trenton can get their 6 points if they want. Final playoff spot and First place are far from each other, but then again, it is a tight race right now. WOW...WHAT A GAME!!!!! |

| Anyone have any post-game shane Willis stories? didn't seem to be much of a factor, ever since I saw Scott Stevens lay a Hit on him while he played at Carolina he never seemed to quite be the same...keep your damn head up! |
