Cincinnati:
Add Barret Ehgoetz, F activated off IR, 2/25
Add Brandon Scero, F activated off IR, 2/25
Delete Mark Van Guilder, F loaned to Hamilton (AHL)

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Good for him, not so much for us.

Thanks a lot, Hamilton!

Beauregard and Latindresse become leading scorers, they're gone. Kilpatrick becomes leading scorer, he's gone. Van Guilder becomes leading scorer, he's gone. Repeat cycle.

It was only a matter of time for Van Guilder. He's really come into his own the last few months and deserves a shot in the AHL.

I hope Weber can sign a few decent collegiate players when the NCAA season draws to a close. We'll need them.

i'm starting to wonder if this might be a typo....

it has not been reported on the ahl's transaction page. since the echl transaction page says that he was "loaned" i wouldn't think there would be a delay of signing a contract as he should be heading up there on a PTO. the ahl transaction page updates several time per day and is typically very accurate. also, there has been not been any press release issued by the cyclones or the bulldogs.

if it is true, great for mark, he definitely earned it. however, since the echl transaction updates are sometimes less than reliable and i haven't seen it listed anywhere else, i think it's reasonable to question it a bit.

it be that chuck has swapped players for a few games with hamilton so we have another playoff eligible player from hamilton and it just hasn't been reported to keep martinson from preparing completely....much like chuck did in the second reading game when we show up to see barret skating. mtl has recently made some moves that may have jumbled hamitlon's already depleted lineup giving them a need for another forward.

i just find that lack of information involving this to be a little "fishy" if you will.....

I haven't seen a confirmation either.

We'll know by 7:30 tonight!

Either way a split vs. Elmira would be just fine in my book.

Seriously...I was way confused to see Barrett playing the other night, when I thought it was said that he'd be out 4-6 weeks. Whats up with that?

Glad to have him back either way though...

my understanding is that he's going to be special teams only....although he did have a few even strength shifts late in the game wednesday night.

chuck was being sneaky with that one...waiting until the last moment to add him so reading couldn't prepare for him. personally i liked barret on the PP. he was finding the seams that were going overlooked by the other point guys...

Good for Mark. I have a feeling we may be seeing him back down here but not anytime soon.

It does help getting Ehgo back right now though.
