Since the league was changed around so much for the 09-10 season, just wondering, who do you think will take over for dayton as our arch rivals? i understand that toledo is coming back but they are closer to teams like elmira and reading so we might not play them as much, in my honest opinion, i think our arch rivals are going to be between johnstown and elmira, everytime we play them, they are very physical and the game is kept interesting....what are your thoughts?

| If Mike Sgroi stays with Elmira I would say Elmira by just a little bit over Johnstown |

I would think either Toledo since they are in Ohio or Wheeling (closer than Johnstown).
Elmira will always be hated but too far away for short roadtrips. |

| Toledo will be one by default being the other Ohio team, other than that, Elmira I guess, even though they are pretty much that way with every team in the division because everyone hates them. |

How about we move to the AHL, and revive the rivalry with the Peoria Riverman. That was always a great match back in the day, and with them only being a 4.5 hr trip...location isnt a bad thing either.
And $*()&%$&(*$ on Nick Parillo's mother.....Thats how I feel about that a-hole. |

| I remember the rivalry over Peoria! I have to agree, it'll probably be Elmira as our #1 hated team, especially if Martinson is still coaching. |

If we go to the AHL we will have 2 rivairies. Peeoria(lol on the spelling)and Cleveland even tho they are not the lumberjacks, It's still the mistake by the lake Cleveland LOL. |

I would welcome the jump to the AHL but I don't think the ECHL is as bad off as you seem to believe. Only time will tell. |

1) toledo is not closer to elmira than they are to us.
2) toledo is not closer to reading than they are to us.
toledo is in the northwest corner of ohio. we will be the closet team to them. the regular season battle between cincy and toledo was amazing and i expect them to take dayton's place as the main rival. elmira will be a close 2nd solely based on their style of play... |
