Did Coach Zinger play or were they able to get enough of their players here? Sounds like the problem is the arena owner/management not the team. Would think new ownership would have to comply w/prior commitments/contracts w/the Storm and the Steam jr. and youth hockey teams. Hope they get things settled so they can continue on w/the season.
Zinger, unfortunately did not play. He had his equipment set up in the locker room, but they had enough players. Good game after the Storm woke up after the 1st period. Both of Troy's 1st period goals were of the garbage variety. Hopefully tomorrows game will be played. Not a bad crowd on Friday night considering the game wasn't announced until around 3:00.

Thanks for the info. Probably would have been fun to see Zinger play but good I guess they didn't need him. Hope things work out, gotta give the coach and players and organization credit for pulling it together to go ahead w/the game.
The Storm is playing today at 2:30 at Sports Plus. They are looking to draw a good crowd to woo a potential new owner. Lets show up and help Dwayne and his team. Tickets are 8 bucks; see you there!!
