Uh no, you have. You are just replying to topics here starting issues.
I got a response from the enquirer saying the Cyclones were added to question 7. |

Also in the fine tradition of getting the facts straight: http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20090108/SPT/901080379/-1/rss CYCLONES: Cincinnati traded goaltender Ryan Nie to Bakersfield for defenseman Donny Grover. Nie, 23, is 6-6-2 with a 3.31 goals-against average and .901 save percentage. |

The cyclones need their own section. Not just a couple of lines in the sports digest. |

| Someone from the Enquirer probably read the post on HG about the Clones not coming back next year, so they backed off their coverage. |

The sad part is, the hosts probably DID read hammer's press releases, which is why they were so badly prepared. Face it, the guy's more of an information butcher than a Rob Butcher. |

| Actually I think most people in this thread have it right. They may have intentionally left the Cyclones off the list because they thought they were irrelevant, but e-mailing them may prove otherwise to them. I certainly wouldn't send them a nasty email -- remember you're representing the team in a way when you're sending it, but rather politely ask them why the Cyclones weren't on the survey and you can even go a little further and ask them to do more coverage of the team and the games. If they think that the public conceives it as newsworthy, they'll certainly run more stories. |

| This is not intended as an attack on the Enquire but it is newspapers that are quickly becoming irrelevant. Why read news that is at least several hours old when the Internet (including Section 60) provides up to the minute news and a range of opinions no single newspaper could ever hope to match. I used to read the newspaper all the time but now it is rare when I buy one. I do read online newspapers but then I am also looking at reports from other news sources, official sources (such as team web pages and news releases), and discussion boards. I hope that the Enquire continues to survive and serve but it is going to be an uphill battle and they will never be the force they used to be. |
Get Clones instead of Clunkers.

Congratualtions, and thanks to everyone who put in their two cents worth.
I put a plug in every time I can in the sports section of the Enquirer where you can comment at the end of a sports article about the Cyclones. Every little bit helps. |
...And on the eighth day, GOD created the Cyclones! |
