Maybe a crazy tribute but what about his famous scream being used
after the first goal of each game. Would love to see his jersey
hanging over the one that has no business in the rafters - #14 !! |

Took the words out of my mouth bags and Hakeedude...I've been meaning to come on this site for the past 3 days to recommend Jim Ever's youtube RIP video to be played after the first (if not every!!!) home goal of every playoff game. What a great tribute to Heckler and what a great way to stir up the crowd!!!! And how about a loud sound effect/soundbite of the glass being hit!!!
How cool it was that Section 60 during the YMCA song last night had masks on to give tribute to Heckler as was Wildman's moment of silence. |

I didn't meet Kevin at Cyclones games, but I sat near him and was very aware of him.
It wasn't until he joined the Ohio Valley Golf Association, an organization to which I belong, that I got to know him. Once I learned who he was, we chatted about the Cyclones. I didn't get to golf with him, because he was a better golfer than me and thus in a lower handicapped flight. He was a very good golfer, winning several OVGA tournaments before duty called and he left to join the service.
The Ohio Valley Golf Association is interested in colleting donations. Chad Stewart, the President of the OVGA, asked me to see if any other collections have been taken up. If so, we would like to coordinate our efforts.
Please let me know if you are aware of any collections being taken up.
